Sashimi grade tuna coated with a spicy dry rub and flash seared leaving a cool and pink center, served on a stick
SALAD:
Lobster Salad with Saffron Potatoes and Crispy Leeks
Sweet Maine Lobster tail medallions served on top of potato rounds and topped with salty fried leeks.
ENTRÉE:
Wagyu Filet
Score 7 steak served with roasted asparagus and scalloped potatoes with Gruyere cheese.
