Bearer is entitled to 8 hours handyman labor from Zach Baker.  If any material is required, bearer must provide, or pay Starr Construction at cost for material.  Work is to be within 30 miles of downtown Littleton, NH.  Handyman will have common tools available and with some notice may be able to bring some less common tools.  Must call Starr Construction for scheduling (603-444-2563)  - valid through April 1, 2013.
