Kathmandu Spice builds on the fundamentals of Nepalese and Indian cuisines, and the result is a wonderful mix of bright flavors, fresh ingredients, and nuanced spice.  Lots of interesting vegetarian options and a great lunch buffet.  Not your average fare!
