Join Michael Shaps for a private wine tasting for 10 people paired with hors d'oeuvres from C&O Restaurant. You have the choice of hosting this party in the privacy of your home or at Virginia Wineworks, where your group will tour the winery and taste Michael's wines right out of the barrels.  He will help you choose a selection of his highly acclaimed wines and discuss them with your group.  Michael Shaps is the co-owner of Virginia Wineworks, producer of his own Michael Shaps label, and owner of Maison Shaps, a winery located in Burgundy, France. Charlottesville's own C&O Restaurant, considered "the least pre-possessing fine dining restaurant in America" by The Washington Post, will pair an array of fruit and cheese with the wine.  Date is subject to availability.
