Individual in-depth college admissions consultation including:  college list preparations, application procedures and requirements, testing options and schedules, essay and personal statement brainstorming, financial aid guidance, and use of calendar/deadline planning. This service is appropriate for rising 11^th and 12^th grade students.

Additionally, early college preparation for 9^th and 10^th grade students includes discussions of the importance of high school, extracurricular activities and summer goals and interests.

Janet is enthusiastic about helping high school students and their parents navigate the college search and application process.  A 2006 graduate of the University of  Virginia, Janet guided her two children to their top college choices. After a friend asked for college application help for her special needs child, Janet decided to offer her services to others.  Over the past several years, she has enjoyed guiding many other students through the college application process.
