Wine tasting for 10 in the buyer’s home presented by Proprietor Hoyt Hill, one of Nashville’s most knowledgeable wine authorities. 

Hill began as a restauranteur, hired  by by John Haggard as manager of his Julian's Restaurant the day Hill graduated from Vanderbilt.  Thus began Hill's education in the food and wine industry. The Julian's wine list Hill inherited consisted of four white wines and four red, with only one vintage available in each. Hill began his wine lessons by listening to his customers at Julian’s, tasting, and reading. Later, he received a more formal wine education and went on to own or partner in Nashville's F. Scott’s, Valentino’s, and the Wild Boar restaurants, before spending two years as an independent wine consultant. In March 1999, Hill purchased Hillsboro Village Wine & Spirits, a neighborhood fixture for more than two decades. He renamed it Village Wines, and the rest is history. The guest provides some food and Hill provides the wine. Redeem by presenting certificate to Hoyt Hill and making arrangements directly with him.
