Scott graduated with his Masters in Physical Therapy from UC San Francisco in 1992. He has lived in the Truckee/North Lake Tahoe area for the last 14 years and was one of the first in the Tahoe area to become a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist in 2002. He has worked with amateur and professional cycling teams including T-Mobile, Team Columbia/High Road and currently with Garmin/Barracuda. He also has worked with world renowned Athletes' Performance in LA and Arizona working for the NFL combine and endurance programs as well as a recent 2011 stint with the numerous olympians for the Chinese Olympic Committee in Beijing.

Scott has worked with professional and recreational athletes for over 14 years. Below, cold plunging members of Garmin/Barracuda in Calpe Spain 2012 and to the right fine tuning former T-Mobile rider Axel Merckx's position.
