Virginia Luthman, who has been guiding students through the college admissions process for over twenty-five years, will spend six hours (at her office in Saratoga, CA) with you and your child determining, based on interests, GPA and SATs, what would be the most appropriate schools to send your child's applications. She will complete a report of four 'reach' schools, four 'probable' schools, and four 'safety' schools, pointing out pertinent facts about each. She will help you set up a testing schedule, recommend SAT tutors if she feels it necessary, discuss the ways to get the most from your college visits, and share the tips she has gathered after working with hundreds of college-bound students.
