Sip and mingle. Sample and delight. It's a private tasting party at the home of Ali and Dave Buchholtz. Feast on a multitude of small plate courses inspired by great chefs like Mario Batali, Michael Simon, Bobby Flay, Michael Chiarello.

One featured dish, a Buchholtz specialty, is potato butternut squash gnocchi with brown butter & sage sauce. Your hosts for the night will be happy to take requests for your favorite dishes.

The evening will include top-notch wines to compliment all of the courses, plus a full bar.
