Description
Yoga Glow is a candle lit, flow yoga class that promotes inner radiance and a sense of well being. You will practice a gentle-flow yoga to the soundtrack of beautiful music and your breath. You will leave with a "yoga glow" and a calm, tension-free body. Six sessions. All levels welcome.
Wednesday night from 8:30-9:45
Friday and Sunday from 7-8:15.
Special Instructions
Item pick up will be on Tuesday, May 22 and Wednesday, May 23 in the Sun Valley School Multi-Purpose Room, 75 Happy Lane, San Rafael. Any mailing or delivery charges are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
