Originally the clientele was mostly "Chorus Kids with bad knees".  The aim of his restaurant was, and remains, to serve good food at reasonable prices.  The ambiance, while informal, certainly does not sacrifice professionalism.

Open for lunch and dinner seven days a week in addition to serving brunch on Sundays.  Regional American menu changes daily and has a range of choices.  The wine list featutres carefully chosen selections from around the world and our bar has an impressive array of imported and draft beers.
