ICE runs over 1500, one to five session cooking classes. From Advanced Seafood to Indian regional cuisine, chocolate classes and wine tastings, we offer tasty education for cooks at all levels. The typical class is hands-on, lasts four or more hours and is limited to 14-16 people.Can be used towards any recreational cooking, baking or beverage class at ICE (located at 50 West 23rd Street).
