Le Pain Quotidien Basic of Bread Making Class for 2 Baking Class at the Bleecker Street Bakery for 2 students. You'll discuss the ten steps of the process of making bread, and you'll participate in each one, from selecting ingredients, to kneading a dough by hand, to shaping, scoring and baking (and, of course, tasting). It this three-hour class, they will show you one basic dough and how it can be made into many delicious products, including baguettes, soft buttery rolls, fruit and nut loaves and pizza.
