The Cheese 101 Course will introduce you to the basics of cheese tasting, preparation and storage.  You will learn to expand your palate past the basic cheddar, jack and swiss.  Andrew will teach the history, origin and the basics about cheese, and many of the most famous cheeses will be available to sample! The class is about 1.5 hours long, and Andrew will have you laughing the whole way through!
