Architectural Design Services with award-winning firm SPARCHS. Our office will provide $500 of billable work at staff and principal rates of $30 to $120 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours of principal Stephen Phillips's time.

Services include pre-schematic, schematic, and/or design development services, which can include design concepts, planning, and/or code consultation, existing condition drawings, rendering, and/or other design ideas and drawings. Limited liability.

Stephen Phillips is a Yale/Penn/Princeton graduate and Franklin School parent, licensed in California with over 15 years of experience in high-end residential, educational, winery, and restaurant designs.
