Description

Serving up vigorous portions of Weisswürste, Leberkäse and Bratwürste, Glockenspiel is the destination for authentic German cuisine in the Twin Cities.

Residing in a historic landmark that was originally designated as a Czech and Slovak fraternal hall, Glockenspiels' location fits its spirit. Inside the restaurant patrons are surrounded with German trinkets, Royal blue linens and Old World bucolic murals. Large windows give the restaurant a cozy, bright atmosphere with an aged charm. It is not uncommon to see an accordion player in the evenings. The carefully planned menu features a wide variety of German-themed salads, appetizers, soups, and hearty entrées. The restaurant's impressive selection of German beers includes Spaten, Franiskaner and Paulaner.

Glockenspiel serves food Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm and Friday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. Cocktails are served until 1:00 am daily.
