He may not have trained with the finest pastry chefs in Paris, but in his home kitchen he has been baking and decorating cakes for many years (for his own sons and for other fun events). His cake repertoire includes SpongeBob, Mickey Mouse, a baseball, a racetrack, and even a Titanic cake for the Academy Awards! The best surprise for the winning child is that his or her 1st grade teacher is the baker! Once you've won this bid, contact Andrew at least three weeks prior to your event to consult with him on the cake design and pick-up date.
