Robert Meltzer, Executive Chef for Zola and Zola Wine & Kitchen, will create an evening of delights on Saturday, May 5, 2012, at the home of GDS parents Jonathan Diesenhaus and Jill Lesser. He will create an intimate masterpiece for 20 lucky GDS Foodies, complete with wine and dessert. Chef Meltzer (who helped launch the successful Lunch with the Chef at Zola Wine & Kitchen), creates delicious daily specials for Penn Quarter regulars, including hearty sandwiches and delicious soups. Chef Meltzer also serves as the instructing chef for this state-of-the-art facility's popular cooking classes and spearheads the private dining events and receptions for Zola Wine & Kitchen.
