Polarity Therapy blends Eastern Aryuvedic work with Western work incorporating reflexology, structural balancing, cranio- sacral balancing, exercise, and nutrition. Ellynne, LCAT, NCC, RPP, Om Yoga Certified, and is a BAX faculty member. She is a licensed dance/movement therapist, an Orff music educator, and teaches yoga for special needs babies and children as well as expecting mothers. Ellynne studied Dynamic Anatomy with the late Nancy Topf for 15 years, focusing on developmental movement from inutero to standing.
