For many years, movies have shown how women's self-defense training can assist a woman in allowing them to take back their lives after falling victim to a crime.

Unfortunately, it usually takes a crime to happen before women's self defense classes are pursued. Of course, it can still be a first defense option, and would especially be helpful before they are needed. Most people cannot ever see how their lives change when they become victim to a crime, or how they would ever need to know self-defense, that is until the trauma of not knowing how to defend yourself is revealed. Taking women's self defense classes can not only help you if you're ever in a bad situation, it can also help women recognize and possibly prevent themselves from ever becoming a victim.

This three hour private Women's Self Defense Class is for up to eight persons, and taught by a female instructor. 

The class can be held at The 911 Store in Hollywood, FL or a location of your choosing from northern Dade, Broward, to southern Palm Beach County. This package also includes Freeze C.S. Tear Gass and the book Surviving-A citizen's guide to surviving street crimes and terrorist attacks.

Instructor is a 5th degree black belt in Kodokan Judo and a law enforcement trainer with 30 years of experience.
