This 4-day course provides you with tools to better handle the stresses of daily life. You will learn Sudarshan Kriya breathing and skills for handling negative emotions and situations. You will practice stretching and low-impact yoga and guided meditation. Must be available for all four days: classes are held in the evening during weekdays and during the day on weekends. Courses are offered many times throughout the year in Philadelphia.
