To make the evening even more memorable, L. Peter Callender will be the guest of honor. Peter is a well-known Bay Area actor who has performed in a variety of local productions, including Aurora’s powerful drama Permanent Collection some years ago and this season’s creative The Soldier’s Tale. He is currently Artistic Director of the African-American Shakespeare Company and in his tenth year as Associate Artist at Cal Shakes. Here’s your opportunity to get “inside” an actor’s mind and find out how an actor can inhabit another persona on stage. Who knows where the conversation may lead?
