The scarf has a lovely lace leaf edge and will be about 6 feet long. You can wrap it around your neck, let it hang, or pull it over your head.
I will knit the Saroyan scarf for you in Berroco Ultra Alpaca (50% Alpaca & 50% Wool) in any color you like - from this shade card. The yarn is so soft and has a great drape.
I know it is hard to think you will ever want a warm scarf now, but you will appreciate it in November. And it will be one of a kind!

I have posted a some photos of two of the five Saroyans I have knitted. The dog does not come with.
Once you have the winning bid, I will contact you by email, find out what color yarn you want, order it, and start knitting. I intend to have it completed by the end of August - it usually takes me about 2 weeks. Then I will contact you and we can set up a way to get it to you.
