Bring an artist into a classroom and magical things can happen. Art-making projects transform kids into motivated, engaged, active learners. For only $2,000 you can bring a teaching artist into a school in  your district or in a district where the need is greatest. The artist of your choice will partner with teachers to provide five sessions that bring learning to life.

Collage with Dara Kane - Explore the art of collage! Kids will learn to piece together ordinary objects to create expressive collages that bring out their creative side under the guidance of Dara Kane.  Inspired my their favorite literary works, students can bring their collages to life by incorporating the characters and lessons into their work.
