Bring an artist into a classroom and magical things can happen. Art-making projects transform kids into motivated, engaged, active learners. For only $2,000 you can bring a teaching artist into a school in  your district or in a district where the need is greatest. The artist of your choice will partner with teachers to provide five sessions that bring learning to life.

Illustration and Painting with James Barkley - Let your words paint a picture with an illustration residency lead by professional illustrator James Barkley.  Students will learn the history and basic principles of illustration and why a picture is worth a thousand words.
