Bring an artist into a classroom and magical things can happen. Art-making projects transform kids into motivated, engaged, active learners. For only $2,000 you can bring a teaching artist into a school in  your district or in a district where the need is greatest. The artist of your choice will partner with teachers to provide five sessions that bring learning to life.

African Dance with Marion Jones Archer - Dip, dive and dance your way through the history and movement of African culture with professional artist Marion Jones Archer. Students will learn where all the latest dance crazes stem from-Africa, and as a result build the knowledge and fearlessness they need to create their own dance moves on the floor.
