Chef Giovanni Kavanagh brings culinary skills learned at Certaldo's La Cucina Giuseppina to the table. Using fresh local produce when available, Sean will serve up antipasti (imported cheeses and meats, roasted vegetables, ricotta timbales); bruschetta assorti; ribollita, a traditional Tuscan peasant soup; tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms; and homemade tiramisu. Limoncella and fine Italian wines will accompany the meal. Bring your appetite and a loose-fitting waistband!
