Research has shown positive physical and emotional benefits from the practice of mindfulness-based stress reduction.
MBSR instructor Pamela Katz Ressler, RN, MS, HN-BC, founder and president of Stress Resources, LLC in Concord, is offering free tuition and materials for one person to any 2012-2013 Mindfulness Course. The next program will be offered in Fall 2012; Thursday evening or Friday morning classes are available. The program consists of 8 weekly 2-hour classes. Maximum class size is 15 participants.
While you cannot eliminate stress in your life, Pam will help you learn how to respond to it in new, more positive ways!
