This comprehensive package includes an initial evaluation appointment with Dr. Christopher Zieker to determine candidacy followed by bilateral vision corrective surgery.  All pre-and-post operative care is included and will be with Dr. Zieker.  Includes surgical related follow up visits for one year.  Certificate is transferable.  Christopher Zieker, MD is an ophthalmologist who has practiced in the Capital District since 2005.
