Renter shall have the use of the entire 8,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, which includes the ballroom/auditorium, gourmet chef’s kitchen, lounge, and parking.
This facility is especially well-suited for an art exhibition or silimar event.

Special Instructions
Rental must be for an event on a THURSDAY night. The winner of this item MUST provide event insurance and a fully refundable cleaning deposit, if facilities are left as they were found. The event holder has MUST allow for outside valet service if more than 50 guests are in attendance at the event. There is no charge to the event holder for the valet service, but the outside valet charges each car. This is a mandatory is a fire requirement.
