Black purse with aqua blue polka dots. Purse measures 12" across the top, and about 14.5" across the bottom (near the bottom).  Top to bottom measures about 11".  That's not including the straps, but the purse itself.  Straps are about 13".  There are two separate zippered sections with an interior zipper part in the back section of the purse.  Fabric exterior with vinyl-like lining.
