Newtown Youth Academy offers five S.P.E.E.D. performance classes:
Our S.P.E.E.D. Programs are under the supervision of Cody Foss MS, LATC, CSCS, NASM and Director of SPEED Programs. He is the strength coach to multiple local sports teams and professionals with over 18 years of experience.
When you combine our highly qualified staff, state of the art equipment and world class facilities, our programs have established themselves as the SECRET WEAPON for athletes and teams in Fairfield County looking to go to the next level. We use professionally recognized testing equipment and perform pre and post tests for all of our athletes. These results are key to measuring the progress and success of your athletes and the Speed & Strength Program!
Our Performance Workouts last 75 minutes and address all aspects of performance in every session: Flexibility, Balance, Corrdination, Injury Prevention Exercises, Strength, Power, Speed, Quickness & Agility.
