The MBTI(r) identifies healthy, normal differences among people... differences that can be the source of productive relationships and also misunderstandings and needless conflict. Based on 60 years of research, the information enhances understanding of ourselves and helps us appreciate and work well with differences in others.

We will be using the Step II version which offers even more information than the typical MBTI. You'll take the assessment online, and then we'll schedule a time in person or by phone.
