Special Instructions
Festival Passes will be available for pickup at Festival Headquarters during the Festival. Festival Headquarters will be located at the Garden Court Hotel at 520 Cowper St., Palo Alto CA 94301 and will be open daily during the Festival from 10AM to 7PM, Sept. 27-30, 2012.
