Three bedrooms plus loft, an open plan with vaulted ceilings, double height windows and a Large sunny deck. On a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, neighbored by nice houses with an ultra-convenient location. 

About five minute walk to The Village. In The Village you will find shops, restaurants, nightclub and the gondola to-the-slopes with ski-back trail. If you drive -- both ski area and town are quick and easy.

Newly furnished for this winter season with Beautyrest beds, down comforters, premium cotton sheets and towels. Open living area with lots of glass for sun and views, new sectional couch around the wood stove, teak dining table with seating for eight. Nice kitchenware and central heating. 

The Peakview House has two bedrooms on the main/entrance level -- one bedroom with a bunk plus a twin and the other with a queen. Kitchen, living and dining areas (southern exposure and views) are also on this level. Upstairs is the master suite with king. The loft (above the living area) with view windows and comfortable seating, makes a great place read a book or just gaze (maybe even stare) at the snowy mountains.
