Beach Yoga is a divine way to end your day! Take in all the elements of nature while practicing to the flow of the ocean.
Every Monday, weather permitting, 6:00 - 7:00pm.
No Beginning, No End, CD from Elaine O'Rourke is an eclectic blend of contemporary pop and Celtic folk.
Elaine is continually inspired by the transformations that occur through yoga. This shines through in her optimistic, up-beat yet calming personality. Her compassionate teaching style encourages you to reach for that blissful state of mind, to be fully present both on and off the mat. She is certified at the 500-hour level.
Elaine's CD is a wonderful bonus and will inspire you on and off the yoga mat!
Yoga Session good through the end of August 2012
From the parking lot go past the concession stand to the next boardwalk (towards footbridge end of beach). Please bring your own mat and towel/sarong to put under it. Sand on your mat is inevitable!
