Carolyn Roy paints what she loves best; muted perennial gardens, loyal animal friends, rose covered cottages, intrepid fishing boats and sandy clam coasts.
The Cove reflects Ms. Roy's love of Cape Ann with its charming homes and fleet of boats gently rocking at their moorings.

Bio
Carolyn was first encouraged to participate in Annisquam Village art shows by her neighbor Hollis French Sr, as he caught her toiling on her porch trying to capture the grace of local water fowl in water colors.
Since that time, Carolyn has exhibited at the Rockport Art Association, been a featured artist at the Annisquam Exchange Summer Show, and has frequently participated in the October Craft Show to benefit The Annisquam Village Church.
Early Recognition as the Best Artist City of Stamford, CT, and a Summer School session at the Museum School of Fine Arts, Boston helped fuel Carolyn's interest.
