Braitmanstudio offers a setting designed to emphasize the studio experience in a friendly approachable environment.  Andy Braitman is a celebrated artist with many years of experience in the art world, and has chosen and trained a team of teachers to enhance your studio experience.  Our approach is sophisticated, yet comprehensive, sharing the joy of painting with new painters while also enriching and expanding the experience of advanced painters.  Even exhibiting painters seem to find value in our environment.  

Painting Fundamentals I is a foundation class. This is an introduction to the methods and materials that will be used in oil painting. Students will learn how to set-up a palette, mix colors, as well as, see and draw from-life. (*All supplies including paints, canvases and your first set of brushes are included in Monthly Tuition.)
