Marsh Law Firm has donated a basic estate plan for a husband and wife couple. 

 This item is valued at $3,000 and includes the following items: (1) a Revocable Living Trust, (2) a Pour Over Will, (3) a Durable Power of Attorney, (4) a Health Care Power of Attorney and (5) a Living Will for each of a husband and wife couple who share a common estate planning goal.  This item includes 10 documents in total.  An individual is welcome to bid on this plan as well, but only one set of documents (5 in total) will be prepared for an individual bidder, or for a married bidder who does not want to execute “mirror image” documents with his or her spouse.

This plan is suitable for couples with a net worth in excess of $250,000 and less than $10,000,000, and for an individual with a net worth in excess of $250,000 and less than $5,000,000.  This is a basic “A/B” plan for a couple without generation skipping planning, without substantial charitable trust planning, and without the creation of any irrevocable trusts or entities other than those listed.

This plan is for U.S. Citizens who are North Carolina or South Carolina residents only.  The successful bidder will be required to execute the firm’s standard engagement letter, and, for married couples, a waiver of conflict of interest.

Marsh Law Firm reserves the right to decline representation of any prospective client whose representation would conflict with our representation of a current or former client of our firm, or any client who demands services which would violate standards of professionalism or legal ethics.  Any successful bidder who may desire more extensive services than those listed will receive a discount from our typical fees in the amount of $3,000, the stated value of this item.  These plans typically involve 2-4 meetings at the offices of the Marsh Law Firm and are typically completed and executed within 2-3 weeks of the first meeting.
