Secret Chocolatier is owned by a family of chocolate artisans including CLS alum, Andy Ciordia.  

Secret Chocolatier is American craft chocolate, with full-bodied flavor and lots of character. They chop it, melt it with hot cream, and whisk it into a ganache. After it cools they hand form the truffles, rolling them gently with loving hands then dip them in pure 60% dipping chocolate. Their truffles are soft to the tooth and satisfy even the most discriminating palate.
