Cheese Fondue Fribourgeoise for up to 12 persons served in your home!

You are bidding on a rare opportunity to have an authentic Swiss cheese fondue here in Washington catered in your private home. The fondue will be brought back specially from Fribourg Switzerland where one of the best cheese fondue is made. The fondue is a ”moitié moitié” and is made of a combination of Vacherin Fribourgeois and different Gruyere cheeses.

A description of the complete meal is below and reflects how a cheese fondue in Fribourg is traditionally being served with appetizers, drinks and desserts.

The meal is served up to twelve persons and will be prepared on location by fondue experts. The meal includes full service in the course of the meal with directions on best eating practices so to maximize the experience.

Fondue is a great way to spend an evening with friends dipping bread together in warm tasty melted cheese. Fondue is also appreciated by children. 

Fondue is best appreciated at a cooler period of the year and we offer to serve the meal between November 1^st 2012 and February 27^th 2013.

The meal will include the following:

• Assorted light appetizers and dried meats


• Up to 3 pots of bubbly fondue


• Bread


• Cocktail onions and cornichons


• Assortments of teas


• 4 bottles of Swiss white wine

• Refreshing fruit salad for dessert


• Coffee or tea with chocolates
