Effortless Parties by Mary is a full-service children's party planning company established to bring families and friends together for reasonably-priced, fun-filled and STRESS-FREE events. We take care of every detail and create a unique and dynamic event for your child. Effortless Parties by Mary will work with you to host birthday celebrations, holiday soirees, recurring playdates and family functions.

How the Party Process Works

Step 1: Let's Meet. During our initial meeting over coffee (our treat!) or in your home we will discuss your child's dream party. We will ask you some questions in order to get a clear picture of what you and your child are looking for.

Step 2: We Propose. We will create a clear plan outlining the purpose of the event, the venue, the age and number of attendees, the event theme, event activities, food and drink, party gifts and favors, decorations, and an estimated cost.

Step 3: We Prepare. Now it is time for you, the parents, to sit back and relax and let us take care of every detail. We will gladly stay in touch and provide updates as the party date approaches.

Step 4: Let's Party! We will arrive at the party venue early to set-up, stay throughout the party to ensure you and your children are having a wonderful time, and clean-up when the event is over. Our goal is for the children and parents to be smiling and delighted at the end of the event!
