Aikido Kokikai of Rochester offers a 2-month adult membership.  Aikido is a martial art that teaches relaxation, calmness, and positive thinking.  Our students learn techniques that guide and control attackers’ energy.  The goal is to develop awareness of your mind and body so they can work in harmony.  Aikido principles are equally applicable in a variety of daily activities and will help anyone feel more comfortable under otherwise stressful conditions.  The certificate is valid for two months of unlimited classes.  Morning and evening classes are available.
