Colorado artist and firefighter Earle Chapman has been working in mixed media for over 40 years. His airbrushing has appeared on everything from textile and automotive to watercraft and aircraft. His mask reflects the fact that firefighters are most closely associated with fire and water. This mask represents the human element of loss to those forces.
