Erin Kuklinski created this mask for Rioja restaurant. She is a Colorado native who has been crafting ever since she can remember receiving a sewing machine at age 10 and a pancake griddle at age 11. Food, she says, has always been an important aspect in her life. Her grandma Betty passed down her skills and passion for cooking to her father and he to her. She and her husband, Tim, plan to pass down her passion for gardening and cooking to their children.
