Award-winning artist Evette Goldstein has begun a new series of paintings using acrylic paints of various viscosity - from heavy body to fluid. For her mask and other works, she applies the acrylic by painting with a toothpick. The result is a painting of bright - sometimes blended - colors with heavy texture. Her mask, Kaleidoscope, depicts a woman wearing a multi-color mask that resembles the colors and dancing patterns see in a kaleidoscope.
