Kathleen McKenna is a mosaic artist who created this mask titled, Transitions, to honor the volunteers who helped her dad in his final transition. "Hospice was a tremendous gift to my sisters and I and I will always be grateful" said Kathleen. She used stained glass, china, beads and venetian glass in her creation.
