Gail Lindley of Denver is a book artist and incorporates mixed media and found objects into her projects. Gail is the third generation in a five-generation business at Denver Bookbinding Company which is celebrating 83 years in business this year. She has taught hundreds of people the skill of making a hard cover journal at Denver's oldest bindery. Her mask, "Whatcha' reading?" includes a curious little bird looking over the shoulder of a mixed media and found object humpty dumpty inspired reader. Check out the story in the handmade book.
