Picture the delicate, melt-in-your-mouth pure chocolate decadence of signature truffles... in a torte dressed with a gentle glossy layer of ganache. This dessert is my most requested and usually held for special events only. I use smooth, rich, dark imported Belgian chocolate. Serve it in smaller than usual slices with fresh whipped cream (lightly sweetened) with or without fresh berries for a gourmet treat the will bring your guests to tears!
