The Nishkama Yoga family of Yoga Teachers are some of the finest, most knowledgeable Yoga Teachers in the Metro Cleveland area.  We have been invited to teach in venues around the world!  Nishkama makes it our mission to teach classes that are safe and complete. Every student receives personal attention at all classes and we are delighted to offer classes to practitioners of all levels, as well as for students of all shapes and sizes. Classes are designed to teach all students the necessary pranayama (breathing) practices and meditation practices to achieve a complete Yoga practice. Additionally, we offer a wide variety of workshops and Yogic lifestyle and Yogic Philosophy courses that provide information and instruction to students so the practice is continual. The practice of Yoga is most powerful out in the community where we interact with others and find our biggest challenges.

As humans, we flow through life holding expectations for ourselves and others. When those expectations are not met, we find frustration and disappointment. Through a complete practice, Nishkama Yoga allows us to grow to a place of acceptance and awareness of circumstances, ourselves, and others. In this place, we find peace.
